You’ll explore the core language of leadership: giving instructions, discussing plans, managing teams, and resolving conflicts. The course also introduces you to essential management concepts within the maritime sector – organisation, decision-making, logistics, and human resources.

Each lesson connects real workplace scenarios with communication practice. You’ll learn not only how to use professional vocabulary but also how to adapt tone, structure, and style depending on your audience – from deck officers to department heads and company directors.
